Faces again!

After assimilating some lessons from my first face, I decided to try another one. This time, I used myself as a model and I realized, again, that there is a lot to learn.

Slow, but progressing.

This time I chose a photo with no teeth (smart guy)!

I really need to work on some texturing skills. This will come in hand specially while making hair, clothes, fur, etc. They look, let's say, weird! I got a new book with some nice tips that hopefully will help me improve.

And the eyes... Oh God. So hard...

I am starting to feel way more comfortable with the drawing tools, and my spirit grows! There is hope!

Perspective Drawing

I just read a book about perspective drawings and did some testing. It is actually pretty easy to apply the rules. It does not mean you will make an awesome drawing (as you can see), but you can get somewhere. At least, it is a start.

Goddess - Complete

It's been a great ride... and I've never been as proud of a project as I am of this one. Product of my labor, product of my love, my Mother Nature is here...

The face done

OK, here is the final drawing. The scanner got a bit small for the paper size but that's OK. Now, it's time to move into another project.
